Biography: Frank Bruno is a British professional boxer who competed from 1982 to 1996. Recognized for his impressive punching power, Bruno was victorious in 40 out of his 45 professional fights, with 38 of his wins coming by knockout.

His successful boxing career culminated in 1995 when he defeated Oliver McCall to win the WBC heavyweight title. This victory made him the third British boxer in history to secure a world heavyweight title.

Since retiring from boxing, Bruno has been open about his struggles with mental health, and he now works to raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues.
